ROCKLIN, CALIF. - If you're a photographer, don't miss this
shot. Your hometown now has local sports photography
generated by you and delivered electronically with the click of
a mouse.
Community Sports Network is now accepting applications
for sports photographers in your zip code area.
Experienced photographers can earn from $150 to $350
per day. For less experienced photographers, CSN is a
great way to get started in the exciting world of sports
photography.
CSN photographers are on-call for assignments from both the media and general public in your area.
Anybody requesting a photo from any sports event can generate on-line assignments. CSN
photographers accept assignments and present their photos for online viewing within hours after the
completion of a sports event.
Professional sports photographer and CSN founder Robert Wallingford obviously understands the
value of focus.
And that's the reason he has a crystal clear vision of what Community Sports Network is supposed
to be: A valuable local resource for photographers, not only for them to earn income but also to gain
nationwide exposure of their work.
Wallingford describes CSN - an membership-based service - as a nationwide zip code coverage photo image provider of local sporting events. "We capture sports memories using digital media and provide photographic images to anybody who is interested," he said.
CSN is an assignment driven website where a staff of photographers from across the nation shoots your local sports action photos which are
displayed online for viewing and purchase. Wallingford says the new company hopes to cover as many assigned sports events as possible. "We will assign and utilize professional quality photographers for those who desire coverage of local sporting events, no matter how big or how small."
Wallingford is quick to point out CSN is not a print media outlet. "We provide high-quality sports action images." He explains all photos will be posted on the CSN website with a watermark. Once purchased, the watermark disappears.
"I love photographs," he says. "Photos tell stories and bring back memories of good times. I think most people are like me and they like to have a lasting record of those feel-good memories."
Wallingford says the joy he finds in looking at sports photos of his family or friends is a driving force behind the creation of CSN. "A lot of people share my passion for their kids' sports endeavors. We are simplifying the process of creating lifelong memories of kids enjoying sports. We make everyone a star, and more importantly, we provide keepsake memories for you, your family and your friends."
Wallingford said CSN provides the opportunity for fellow photographers to earn extra income and for them to have a highly-visible gallery to display their work. "Every photographer at CSN, upon free membership, will have their own personal website. Photographers make money by selling photos. The potential earnings for a hustling photographer are virtually limitless."
Wallingford explained all work will be assignment-driven, with the opportunity for photographers to join at three membership levels based on experience - Senior Photographer, Staff Photographer or Associate Photographer. Senior photographers will have first choice at assignments, followed by Staff Photographers and Associate Photographers. All photographers will be given the opportunity to move up levels based on quality and dependability of work performed for CSN.
CSN's free membership is as simple as
clicking the “Apply Now” button and filling out the online form.
"One thing I want to make clear," says Wallingford, "is we're not the Paparazzi. Our deliverable is quality local sports photography. The general public needs to know they can control the quality and fulfill their needs in an easy, affordable format. We have reasonably priced images for sale. We are a zip code coverage network of professional sports photographers accepting assignments all over the country."
